Site Requirements

      To best ensure compatibility we recommend using Internet Explorer version 5.5 (or greater) or Netscape Navigator version 6.0 (or greater).  This site has been tested against Netscape Navigator versions 2.x through 7 and Microsoft Internet Microsoft Internet Exlporer versions 3.x through 6.x.  Javascript support enchances the ease of navigation through our site but is entirely optional.
